Overnight shipping is available with phone orders only. When you call in your order you will be given a total including shipping and instructions for how to submit your credit card payment via PayPal. PayPal payment is required to expedite delivery. Please call 704.968.3868 to place your order.
GuaranteeOriginalz jewelry workmanship is guaranteed. If something should happen to your jewelry that affects its beauty or wearability, return it to us for a free repair. Simply ship the bracelet in a protective bubble wrap envelope with all of its pieces, and we will ship back to you repaired. An estimate will be provided for any additional repairs.
Return PolicyOriginalz is proud to offer an unconditional 14-day return policy. We want nothing less than complete satisfaction and delight in our jewelry from our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just postmark the return package within 14 days of receipt, and we will refund 100% of the merchandise cost. Sorry, but shipping costs are not refundable.
Care InstructionsSterling Silver is a precious metal and may require cleaning from time to time. Using a small amount of silver polish on a soft cloth, rub the piece of silver several times. This will remove the tarnish and dullness, keeping your sterling gift like new. Remember, your Originalz piece is a delicate piece of jewelry, and is not intended for heavy wear. We also recommend that you avoid wearing your piece in the pool or shower.
